As results pages answer more questions directly, a brand can be more visible than last year while its organic sessions fall. Read alone, that reads as failure.

Organic traffic to a pricing page and organic traffic to a definition page mean entirely different things commercially, and a rise driven by the second while the first falls is usually bad news reported as good.
Where those diverge from sessions, the divergence is the finding.
Usually because results pages are answering more queries directly. You keep the position and lose the click. Impressions holding steady while clicks fall is the signature of that pattern.
Not on its own. It aggregates page types with different jobs and is affected by zero-click behaviour you do not control. Enquiries, segmented by source, are a better commercial measure.
