A glossary page will always bounce more than a pricing page, because it is doing a different job. Comparing them, or comparing your site to a benchmark, compares two different mixes of page type.
There is no portable figure, because it depends entirely on page type. A page that answers a question completely should bounce heavily. Compare a page to its own history, not to a benchmark.
